The new Web site allows us to do that in a way that's easy and convenient for the customer."
Deb says that being able to offer free delivery for online orders is just another benefit of the new site. "By setting up our own site, we're able to eliminate the service and delivery fees that major national flower-ordering sites will add to the customer's bottom line." Deb points out that the customer also receives better service and better value for the same amount of money.
