SAN RAFAEL, CA, May 14, 2009 /Dating - Singles PR News/ -- Single adults of all ages are invited to beat the recession blues, Friday, June 5, 2009, 8pm-Midnight, at the Marriott Hotel, 1770 S Amphlett Blvd, San Mateo CA. The Recession Ball is sponsored by The Society of Single Professionals, the world's largest non-profit singles organization. The cost is $10 at the door.
"We have produced over 2,000 educational and social events for singles worldwide over the past 31 years," says Rich Gosse, chairman of SSP. "We want to give something back to the Singles Community, which has supported us all these years. That's why we scheduled this dance party at one of the Bay Area's premier locations, and at half the usual $20 cost. We have always tried to keep our costs reasonable and have not raised the prices for our events in over 10 years. On Friday, June 5, we will take it one step further and actually LOWER the cost to our singles with the hope that those who have had to miss all the fun for months over monetary concerns will be able to attend this party. Times may be tough, but that's no excuse for moping at home!"
