Relationship Counselor Discusses Unique Plan to Heal and Strengthen Relationships From Dating Through Marriage
In a recent interview, a relationship coach with a PhD in psychology discussed the skills necessary to develop strong, lasting relationships.
/Dating - Singles PR News/ - MOUNT JACKSON, VA, September 20, 2007 - After losing her husband, Dr. Jackie Black, a relationship counselor and coach, developed proactive strategies to educate couples in self-discovery and bonding in relationships.

Dr. Black experienced a difficult time at the loss of her husband and soul mate. She claims he was her greatest teacher about love and marriage. Through his inspiration, she dedicated herself to helping others achieve the ideal relationships she knows are possible.
Dr. Black encourages couples and singles frustrated with dating, to use her strategies in order to become aware of their inner guidance systems, engage in relationships with integrity, have accurate information, and be self-aware. She developed simple and easy tools that all couples can follow to know themselves, know their expectations, and commit to each other.
According to the US National Center for Health Statistics, the total numbers of U.S. divorces (excluding the non-counting states) reported finalized annually are 957,200 in 2000, 944,317 in 1999, and 947,384 in 1998.
Dr. Black is passionate about changing the attitudes of couples. She is devoted to helping them understand what commitment is and what they are committing to. She stresses that couples not only commit to each other, but to the relationship and themselves. She states that leaving is not an option when true commitment is in place. Ideal matches take planning and effort, not luck.
